22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Holzhof Dresden is headquartered or incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Holzhof Dresden consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You and Holzhof Dresden consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.
